We stand behind our courses. If you purchase AI Essentials or AI Unlocked and don't feel like it was worth it, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
All return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Because our products are digital, there is no physical item to return. To request a refund, simply email us with your purchase information and we'll take care of it.
To request a refund, contact us at conner@aiforactuallife.com with your name, the email address used at purchase, and your order confirmation number if you have it.
That's it. We'll process your refund promptly — no need to explain yourself or jump through hoops.
After receiving and confirming your request, we will process your refund within seven (7) business days. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
For defective or technically broken products (for example, a video lesson that will not load or a PDF that cannot be accessed), please contact us immediately at conner@aiforactuallife.com and we will arrange a refund or resolution as quickly as possible.
The 14-day refund window does not reset with product updates. Refund eligibility is based on the original purchase date.
